Obtaining a Visa
Attendees who need visa for travel to the Netherlands should complete the following form and send email to Said Hamdioui (s.hamdioui@tudelft.nl):
- your full name (first and last names),
- affiliation,
- passport number,
- place of issue (passport),
- date of birth,
- place of birth,
- consulate/embassy where you will apply for visa.
- Please note that invitation letters will be issued only to registered participants of the conference who have already paid the conference fee.
- If you have family members traveling with you, please provide also their information as mentioned above.
This information should be submitted by e-mail using this Invitation Letter Request Form template. Keep in mind that the visa application at the embassy will take several working days. Please make sure to apply on time and let us know if you are facing any problem.
